- Must need to be held at an airport, KBTP
- Must materially benefit BCAA or its mission
- Does it benefit BCAA?
- Does it benefit the community?
- Is the request from a tenant?
- Will it interrupt airport operations?
- Will it interrupt our tenants?
- What are the potential costs/liabilities to the airport?
- Will it set a precedent?
- Will it show favoritism, real or perceived?
- Is staff participation (presence/overtime) required?
