Butler County Airport Authority offers a variety of T-hangars. All leases are on a month to month basis. As of February 2023 there is no hangar space available. There is a waiting list; please review the Hangar Wait List Policy.
It is most likely that an older style t-hangar will become available first. Those units have sliding doors and are mostly unfinished, so have dirt/gravel floors and no insulation. Their current rate is $185/month.
Rates for Tie-Down Space:
Aircraft 12,500 lbs MTOW or less $45/month
Aircraft 12,501 lbs MTOW – please call for rates
Must bring your own tie-downs & chocks.
