- Landing Fees effective January 1, 2025:

- Effective January 1, 2025, landing fees will be charged to all aircraft, including rotorcraft, unless exempted below, with a certificated maximum gross landing weight (MLW) of 6000 pounds or
more, shall be assessed a landing fee of two dollars and zero cents per one thousand pounds rounded to the nearest one thousand pounds. BTP landing fees will be assessed at the time of arrival and billed by Vector Airport Systems. See the 2026 Landing Fee Schedule for additional details and exemptions. - Billing and payment information:
- Vector’s self-service portal for online bill payments and account management may be found at https://payment.planepass.com
- To log into the portal, please use the Operator ID and invoice number on the Vector invoice.
- Vector accepts credit cards, checks, and ACH/wire payments.
- For billing questions, please contact Vector’s billing service team at billing@vector-us.com or 888-588-0028 (option 1)
- Vector’s office hours are M-F, 9 am ET to 7 pm ET with most US federal holidays observed.
- Landing Fees: All aircraft, including rotorcraft, unless exempted below, with a certificated maximum gross landing weight (MLW) of 6000 pounds or more, shall be assessed a landing fee of two dollars and zero cents per one thousand pounds rounded to the nearest one thousand pounds. The MLW shall be established as set forth in the flight manual for the aircraft or any Federal Aviation Administration documents unless it meets any of the following established land fee exemptions:
- Landing Fee Exemptions:
- Touch and go activity
- U.S. government aircraft
- Pennsylvania state government aircraft
- another state’s government aircraft
- U.S. military aircraft
- “angel” (humanitarian) flights
- Air Ambulance (medical evacuation) flights
- Firefighting aircraft
- Aircraft under 6000 pounds maximum gross landing weight (MLW)
- BTP-based aircraft as stated on a current Aircraft Storage Permit
- Landing Fee Payments: Landing fees are assessed at the end of each month and invoices are sent to the aircraft’s responsible party. An Operator Self-Service Portal, payment.planepass.com, is available for payments, invoice viewing, account servicing, and electronic invoicing signup. To log into the portal, use the operator ID and invoice number on your Vector invoice. Vector accepts credit cards, mailed checks, and ACH/Wire payments.

- Fuel:
- Self-Service 100LL – $5.95/gallon (as of Mar 31, 2026) – provided by Butler County Airport Authority. Credit Card payments only.
- Full-service 100LL and Jet A are available from AirQuest Aviation Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am-7pm. Call 724-586-6023 to arrange for delivery.
- Tiedowns:
- Up to three free days of tie down are available at the County tie downs near AirQuest Aviation; please bring your own ropes and chocks. To exit air-side, proceed through the man gate beside Hangar C1, the building where High Flight is located.
- Temporary tie downs are also available in front of the Terminal/Restaurant building. To exit air-side, proceed through the building. The entrance back to air-side is only available during Authority Office hours (M-F 8am-4pm).
- Noise Abatement policy: all departures climb straight out to a minimum of 2000 ft before making any turns.
